    Alley between Park and Franklin is full of potholes. Garbage trucks make it worse. Hate to drive to my parking space because I'll need to replace my shocks if I do!

    At least two pick ups in the alley behind my house between Park & Franklin / Cleveland & Tilden. Sofa near Cleveland and various household trash in the middle of the alley.

    Every Monday, the Alley between Park/Franklin/Cleveland/Tilden is strewn with the garbage cans from the trash pick up. The trucks leave huge ruts and potholes in the alley. Between the potholes and the trash containers (not to mention the new recycling containers) residents can barely get in an out of the alley to park. It's just a mess. Why can't the cans be put back where they belong once they are dumped? What can we do to get the alley graded so we don't all have to buy new shocks!! PLEASE HELP!!
