Every morning people are in the carpool lane entering the 91W at Sarfas Club. The occasional officer is there pulling these people over but the majority of time an officer is not there and people break the rule. hundreds of them! this defeats the purpose of a carpool. Not sure what if anything can be done about this...

Many people are using the carpool only lane at the onramp west bound at Sarfas Club. a few days an officer has been on site which deters violators but the moment there is no officer everyone jumps in that lane. Can we have more officer control there? 9 out of 10 cara don't have a carpool which backs that lane up and defeats the purpose....

Has anyone encountered recent issues with giant brown water looking bugs? Not sure id thats what they are. They are fatish, long and brown. We started seeing them outside we believe coming from the sewers and now coming in the house? They are extremely gross and scary.. any feedback is helpful! I'll try to take a picture next time I come across one.

Street light is out again. This was just reported about 3 weeks ago, was fixed and is out again. There seems to be a bigger issue than what was originally thought. Please have a tech come out again.

Street light is out. Occasionally it flickers on and off but is mostly out. Please come and maintenance it so that it provides consistent light every evening/night.

There are 2 dead trees (over 1 year dead) at the beginning of Garretson Circle. Trees 1 and 3. Please remove and replace with pink trumpet trees to match the other recently planted/replaced trees on the same street.
