    The grass is out of control at this residence. It's the only lot like this 360 degrees around this house. It see an eye sore. The grass is drop enough to hidden a lawn mower without the handle.

    I wrote this up on a CITY FORM, but was told to submit it through your new app. Neighbor said they see people at this location at night. Possibly a teen drug hang out. I was not able to make contact with the owner of the property. A Misd. B/E report has been filed. The city has received several calls from surrounding neighbors.
