    The other night I received a parking ticket because my passenger side tires were touching the sidewalk. If you drive down Wright Street or Maple you will find a LOT of cars blocking the sidewalk ALL year round even when the no parking ban is in effect. A little common sense may be good but if they are blocking the sidewalk they should be tagged.
