Can you possibly cut these plants down when the weather breaks ? There are a pack of coyotes living there and many walk their dogs, walk, run and bike this path. How do we get rid of them for public safety?

The stop light by Cabelas Drive and Indy boulevard has a long delay. It is causing traffic to back up when vehicles want to turn north onto Indy Blvd. I think it needs some adjusting.
