    New owner has made an effort to pay any fees associated with trash pickup. I gave him the number to call and he called when I was there. The claw truck drove right past this pile again today. Neighbors are tired of seeing this mess. Three weeks now.

    In a previous request for service we were told that a supervisor inspected the ditch and saw no issues. Photos were taken within an hour of the request being closed.

    A tree has compromised the concrete, causing water to puddle and an unstable base. Ditch has not been sprayed in two years. Ditch is blocked and drains into a 12 inch pipe on the east side of 4032.

    It has been a dry summer and mosquitos are still bad.

    The ditch runs from 4026 to 4032 Sewall Drive. The ditch holds standing water. Ditch does not run from high to low, and drainage is not correct. Mosquitos were horrible last year. We deserve better.

    The dwelling was posted but sign was torn down and ignored. What can be done?
