    Previous issue was closed: Vehicle continually is parked on corner 24th & Skyland Pl Se and extends out, which henders me getting in/out of my driveway. There is also a no parking sign vaguely posted at the curbside. The vehicle was booted/unbooted and she still purposely blocks my driveway entrance, the no parking sign is ignored. Please ticket or tow or even make the no parking sign more visible.
