LOUD sub-bass car stereo 3:27 am driving through neighborhood.

beginning 10pm on Sunday and continuing periodically through night and early Mon. morning (5:30am) vehicles with sub-bass stereos continue to parade down robinhood ln unabated. Please spend some of my taxes to install noise ordinance signs. educate the residence that operating these stereos is illegal. Please enforce the laws.

Please educate this subdivision by posting noise ordinance and fine signage. Once again LOUD subwoofer car stereos through this morning sustained before 5a.m.

Jane Jacobs, representing the Mayor's Office closed this issue without resolution 3 Nov. 2015. Vehicles continue to speed down Robinhood LN, and broadcast loud stereos from vehicles unabated at random hours day or night. Two traffic studies were performed. The first lacked meaningful duration. The second was biased to the 85th percentile without consideration for number of driveways or obscured visibility. I am disappointed in how the City of Huntsville has "gone through the motions" without intelligent purpose to mitigate classic urban decline characteristics apparent in Sherwood Park. It is just too complex for them to comprehend.
