constantly playing basketball in street. it's obnoxiously loud, they tend to scream, etc, block cars, Ive seen them throw their ball at cars trying to pass. ITS AGAINST CODE TO HAVE BALL GAMES IN THE STREET. this is second request and it keeps getting passed on. you guys have no issue sending letters to people about things that don't even effect the neighbors so why does this stuff keep getting ignored when it irritates multiple neighbors and loses a danger to people trying to drive down the street????? This is almost a daily thing. we all have the right to peaceful enjoyment of our properties, I work at night and I can't sleep because of the constant pounding of a bouncing ball in a daily basis. I e attempted to talk to this neighbor to ask him to stop and he just yells, bullies, threatens and then harasses by doing things like thinking his car horn every time he passes my house and yells out the window. enough is enough with this guy. I e been begging you guys for months to do something about this neighborhood bully and everybody says it's a different departments problem. SOMEBODY FIX IT. Do I have to sue the city to get something done??? m a while you harass other neighbors for stupid crap that doesn't bother their neighbors, yet you can't make this guy stop what he does when it actually IS a noise problem for the whole neighborhood????

This guy is constantly in violation of multiple codes, neighbors are frustrated but as he makes threats if we try to ask him to stop, nobody wants to approach him anymore. 9.32.010 periodically sets off loud fireworks, about once a month, police say unless they catch him at it they can't do anything about it. 9.24.010 loud and unnecessary noise, all day every day off an on he plays extremely loud music or his tv, it can be heard over 100 feet away in a home with all windows closed, louder than that person's own music. This happens various times day and night. His music also contains vulgar and obscene lyrics and is if the "death metal" genre. 9.42.010 his children are on the street every weekend playing basketball, yelling and screaming past 11pm. once I asked them to please stop, it was past curfew and they yelled back that they are little kids and can do whatever they want. I asked where dad was and they told me to F off. I called for a wellness check on the kids. After to police left he beat in my door making threats to never talk to his kids again.. 10.56.050 Playing in street, and often cones are out out to block the street (pictured is kids in street with car and the cones are visible but at the curb at the time). often they are playing basketball, tennis or another sport in the middle if the street. people speed on this street and I see near misses with these kids all the time 10.56.060 Obstruction of Passage, again various times during the day in weekends he will come off the street so his kids can play basketball, tennis, whatever. Not sure of the code but EVERY night motorcycle is parked on Greenway and cars are parked blocking fire hydrant. I have reported to police more than 10 times and all they do is ask him to move his car but the next day he does it again. I don't understand why he isn't ticketed for this, he won't stop if he isn't.

Mercedes has been left on street for mo ths, tags expired in January 2020.

Abandoned shopping carts

Dispensers are out of poop bags and there is a LOT of dog poop in the Large Dog Park as a result.

Running trail has a lot of bad erosion from water run off making it hard to run on without twisting and spraining ankles, needs to be regraded. equipment is missing instruction signs and there is also apparently a broken sprinkler near the parking lot as the running trail ALWAYS has a muddy patch and standing water (over a month that)

Please make the parking/no parking areas more clear for those using the Skyline trail. It is very confusing where you can and can not park. There is only one "no parking beyond this point" type sign but people who turn around before then won't see it and may park where they can't. We used to be able to park on the bridge, but now it appears we can't according to a sign 100 ft from the bridge. I have spoken to fellow trail users and almost everyone was very confused about where the new parking now is.

Silver car parks across sidewalk almost every day. Most days so close to the car in front that people have to walk in street to go around. In the morning this is dangerous for the kids walking to school.

When traveling south on avenida Del Vista the stop sign at Dawnbridge Intersection is completely blocked by tree. This is near a school and makes it a dangerous area for walking kids.

Shopping Cart on sidewalk

Street lights weren't on last night, but now they are on at 830am. Timing needs adjustment

Mattresses on parkway hanging in to sidewalk, cars on lawn, ma y people constantly coming and going. This property consistently has furniture and/or trash dumped out onto parkway and sidewalk on an almost weekly basis.

The problem of speeding on Jadestone Lane seems to get worse every day, even with the speedometers that have been put up. Jadestone is being used more and more for a shortcut in the mornings and drivers go very fast and are very impatient, I am very worried for the children walking to school. Also, about 7:50 ish a school bus comes to pick up my son (driving toward Beryl). Even with the Flashing lights people speed past the bus!! The bus driver and I try to get plates but they just go too fast and we are too busy trying to make sure the kids are safe. Sometimes cars even come up behind the bus, honk at it and then tear around impatiently. Please Please Please SOMETHING needs to be done and soon. One of these kids is going to get hurt trying to cross the street to get to a bus or get to school!!! Is there a possibility of getting speed bumps or something to get these people to slow down?

There is a driveway to the Walmart parking lot that is very close to the intersection and is supposed to be "right turn only." It had a right turn only sign AND the driveway is painted right turn only, however someone pulled out the sign and people continue to turn left out of this driveway. People turned left here even when the sign was up, but now it's much worse. THIS IS DANGEROUS!!! When people who have a green light to do so turn from 6th street onto Avenida del Vista they can not be seen doing so from this driveway and I see so many near misses every day from this. The sign needs replaced and the right turn only to be enforced. I personally think there really should be a divider to prevent left turns. It's just way to close to the intersection as you can see in this picture. With the current traffic situation and people being impatient anyway, this is just a disaster waiting to happen. Please do something.
