    Please please please. This is a 6-family brownstone and there is 1 (ONE!) bin. If, when I receive new ones (4 of each?) I will bolt them to the building with combo-locks so that only the tenants can get at them (AND lock their tops, if possible, because illegal dumping is rampant in the city and this corner seems to be a popular spot for illegal dumping). Please HELP. Much thanks.
