    I submitted a ticket several days ago about an electronic sign warning of a detour on Wade Ave for 7/17, and requested that it be removed. I received a response that the ticket is closed however the sign is still there. There is an identical sign on capital Blvd north at Wade avenue. Why close the ticket if nothing is done?
