    This is my 3 notification that this street light is out. See closed 15-00242452 and 15-00313844. These cases are getting closed with no description of what has been done and this street light is still not functional.

    Please reopen service request ID 15-00242452. This request is showing closed, however, this light is still not functioning. The Duke Power representative that investigated informed me that there is no power to the light fixture and an underground crew would need to be dispatched. We are still waiting on repair of this light fixture.
