Pike’s tenants have now taken to dumping their garbage behind the building on the Federal Plaza side. The rats will have a field day with this one. I really don’t understand how the tenants can just throw the bags out the back door. Who do they think is going to pick it up? Why isn’t the landlord responsible? I have pike tenants on both sides of me and the garbage is in bearable. How about dome heftier fines? The system doesn’t work as is

Mattress left in side walk either by tenant or landlord.

Going on day 8 for this garbage left by a pike party. Can some one please take it away before the next batch arrives this weekend.

Pike garbage still an issue on the 800 block of chapel st. 841 has open bags of garbage on the sidewalk now going on day 4. 817 chapel had garbage bins cluttering sidewalk now on day 5. Why is this a weekly issue

Day 4 for garbage at pike building. Now has broken glass all over sidewalk. Please address. Business is bad enough without this mess that people have to trip over

Scaffolding in front of dollar tree now seems to attract serious loitering and illicit behavior. The scaffolding shields this crowd from surveillance. It has been up for months and not used. Can it come down ? It is so dirty and dank under it.

Why do all the leaf bags get put in with general garbage. Makes me crazy

If the city can clear Fair St ( a tiny barely used st) curb to curb. Why can't they get lower chapel st clean. It's hurting downtown businesses to have this mess not addressed. Cars are having to park so far away from curb that traffic can't easily get by

Come on new haven. Show chapel street some love. Only underplowed road in downtown. (Whitney Ave still has some issues too)

Street sweeping done this morning is ineffectual. Needs another pass. There is a clogged drain under the leaves in the photo

Will they be towing cars on emergency routes? Got one stray on willow st

City of New Haven website has no mention of storm warnings or preparedness…couldn't find any links either. Question, will parking garages be open for free parking during parking ban?

Christmas tree pick up was put straight into the garbage truck along with regular house hold trash. I thought christmas trees were composed????

Side walk tree was removed last fall but there is a stump that needs to go. it is not very big (6" diam) but sticks up about 18" out of the ground..a bit of a tripping hazard and an eyesore.
