    Could someone please inspect the entire stretch of Hutchins between Pauline and Princeton? The road has several potholes and seems to be overall very degraded.

    It seems that the timing of this light has changed. It used to be blinking yellow light until 6:30 or 7:00 in the morning. Now it is a solid signal after 6:00 AM. This is the only light on Main, with the exception of the intersection at Packard and the intersection at Huron that is not flashing. I've watched several people inadvertently plow through a full-on red light as they proceed on Main crossing Ann Street due to the inconsistency of this signal.
