    82 Madison has changed hands/been vacant since 2010. It is now in serious state of deterioration. It is not registered as vacant. The lot spans Madison to Bleecker Street and there are two gates that can be used to cross from Madison to Bleecker. Loiterers have been noticed. There is a good deal of dumping on the site.
