    801-815 Montgomery Ave Narberth, PA 19072, USA - Lower Merion township

    They are doing construction on the Royal Bank at the corner of Montgomery and Woodbine. This is a good time to address the entrance to the bank off Woodbine Ave. it is so close to the intersection that it nearly makes the traffic light a 5-way intersection. I have nearly gotten into an accident 2x while traveling southbound on Woodbine because a car pulls into the Royal Bank parking light directly from another direction in the intersection and not noticing or heeding to cars going southbound on Woodbine. I think either:

    1) move the exit to the back end of the parking lot, closer to Lairds Auto
    2) make the parking lot one-way, with the entrance on Montgomery and the exit on Woodbine.

    Overgrowth on the woodbine Ave side of the house at 231 N Essex Ave makes the sidewalk impassible.

    300-340 Hampden Ave Narberth, PA 19072, USA - Narberth
    Two no parking signs and cones have been on the sidewalk of the 300 block of Hampden Avenue for at least two weeks, and they haven't been used. They're in front of 307 Hampden ave.
