Gutter needs to be cleaned out...it's not draining. There's an AC transit bus stop in middle of flooded area. Reported last year, but no action was taken. Please clean! This drain is not available for citizens to adopt on the city's adopt a drain map.

Sewer upgrade asphalt repatching will happen soon in this area. Please have them remove old asphalt and repave in the sewer replacement trenches that were improperly patched years ago. This is on #14 AC Transit bus route in both directions. Everyday buses roll over these trenches and the houses and apartment buildings in this area shake to the foundation because of the weight of the buses. These trenches also slow down these buses; they are functioning as speed bumps. There's several reasons why we don't have speed bumps on bus routes. Please repair these even thought they weren't part of sewer replacement project. There are two trenches that need to be repaired. In front of 2439 E 21st Street and in front of house next door, in direction of 25th Avenue. Thank you.

The storm sewer at the intersection is blocked. Also, this corner is a #14 AC Transit bus stop. How do we get this storm drain on the Oakland Adopt a Drain list (it is not on the list). If someone can't adopt it (I'd be interested.), please clean it out.

After the sewer improvement contractor was out here, a company dug up the street and did a poor quality job in replacing the asphalt. The photos show it clearly. I am assuming that they are finished; it's been weeks since the work was done. Odd as it sounds, I saw an EBMUD truck and crew doing the work. Please come back here and replace the asphalt correctly.

One of the really old mature oaks has a puddle of water next to the trunk (rain had stopped 5-6 hours earlier). The soil needs to be graded a little to allow the water to drain away from the trunk to prevent possible disease.

The floating garbage collector where Glen Echo creek feeds into Lake Merritt has become unattached on one end. LOTS of floating garbage coming from the creek is entering Lake Merritt.

There's a dislodged parking meter on the curb.

Middle of intersection, 24th Avenue and E. 21st Street. This is part of the sewer replacement work done in the area. The backfill at the manhole where the asphalt was removed was not properly done. The asphalt has caved in and you can see a large hollow spot underneath.

Much of the asphalt repaving done during this project is lower than the surrounding pavement. The asphalt patching done on the sewer upgrade is unfortunately making the streets much bumpier than they already were. In some areas, the quality of work is awful.

It would be great if this patching would put our streets in a better condition. City of Oakland, please provide more oversight/inspection of your contractor's work and increase your quality standards for the citizens of Oakland.

In the left lane, south bound, there is a 10' x 10' area of concrete that is broken; it's buckled along the edges and depressed in the center.

Looks like an asbestos pipe right next to the curb.
