He says those who are not parked correctly wil be ticketed &/or towed (note the photo - only one vehicle is on the correct side).This isanothing butas joke to many in New Haven as it isn't enforced at all. Ellsworth Ave. (alongwe/ many other roads) still isn't clear - there is NO EXCUSE for this!

Many are parked to visit either the Check Cashing center or A-1 Oriental Kitchen (or one of the other small stores in the lot). Please have the parking authority investigate and/or handle the matter.
