    There is only one functioning streetlight on the entire street (in front of 17 Phelps Mdws) and it is dim. The other streetlight (across the street from 10 Phelps Mdws) has not functioned since 2010 or earlier.

    I erached out to Jim Govoni about this matter in 2012. There is a very large pine at the SW corner of the Old Poquonock Cemetary on Marshall Phelps that abuts my property. Large branches are hanging over my house and need to be trimmed back. In addition the tree was struck by a direct lightning strike in 2011 and needs to be inspected for damage. I have corresponded with Jim Govoni repeatedly since then and nothing has been done.
