Last November (2014) I took a bad fall on the flagstone walk leading to the front entrance of the Peabody Museum. My hand and leg were injured and took weeks to recover. Later I learned that others had fallen in the same place. The problem is irregularities in the way the flagstones are laid out. There was a protruding lip of ~1" sticking up at the edge of one of the flagstones (about 3' from the steps to the Museum), which caught my shoe and caused the fall. I have reported this repeatedly to the administrators of the Museum, but to no avail. I am worried that there will be more such accidents, if this problem is not fixed.
