we had a homeless person leave a large pile of garbage in front of the Library.
Corner of Lincoln & Oak.
5+ over-filled shopping carts, numerous bike frames etc.

Main Library parking lot entrance on Lincoln St.;
The concrete has broken on top of the drainage pipe.
You can see it is cracked from the curb up to the metal grates that cross the parking lot entrance, and a piece has already broken loose.

At the end of Times Way, where it meets Oak Street.
The speed bumps at the stop sign are coming loose, I have picked up several of the bolts by the curb and noticed that many of the others are loose and can be pulled out.

Can we get the landscapers to place a couple of inches worth of wood chips/bark/mulch in front of the West End Library. It will help discourage weeds, keep dogs and kids out, and protect the landscaping. This report is at the Branch Librarian's request.

the curb on the corner across from the lagoon needs to be painted RED. it is a tight two way street along the lagoon & now there are cars parking on the corners sticking out.

the owner of 840 has rebuilt the front balcony of his 2 story residence using mismatched wood as a form which he filled with concrete, This large heavy balcony is barely attached to the building and supported by 3 4X4's and is noticeably sagging more. This is a small child living upstairs and handicapped people on the ground floor. PLEASE check this when possible.

This has already been reported but closed even thou not fixed.
The back wall at the Main Library parking lot has been 'tagged' repeatedly. This is the wall running parallel to Park st. If there is any trouble locating the graffitti please call me or ask the front desk.

i am relaying this request for a delivery of mulch for in front of the Bay Farm Library.

can we please get 3 or 4 sandbags for the back door at the Bay Farm Library, the ones that we have used for the last several years have now rotted out. please leave by the wall next to the door.

large pothole 6"x16" right in front of the Bay Farm Library,
it has been temp fixed a few times now but with all the traffic it does not last long. i bring this up now because i saw a woman with child trip & fall over it this morning
