Behind 415 Tilden in the alley between the back yard and the garages there is a pile of couches and tv's and other assorted junk that was thrown there and completely blocks the small section of alley that is meant to be driven through. It is all piled up between the back yard fence and the garage that is right there completely blocking the way.

I reported this problem before and it was acknowledged but persists. The truck that arrived to do the cleanup did not go far enough down the alley and clean up the worst part of the dump. I have provided pictures this time to illustrate this. This spot is a constant problem between the garage renters and landlords of the Stewart buildings. People leave furniture and all kinds of other things just piled up here by the trash cans under the tree. The truck cleaned up the rest of the alley but didn't even come close to the garbage cans or tree let alone come investigate beyond the tree. The pile I have noted on the photo is specifically what I am talking about and it is even larger than it was when I took this photo a few days ago.

I believe it's the landlord as much of the items that show up behind this building or the building next door tend to be matresses, tv's, and couches...things that tennants might have left behind. There is almost always a pile of junk behind these two buildings by the trash cans, there has been a pile of tires here for quite some time, broken windows, broken glass, furniture, televisions, there was a mattress sitting here rotting for months. I know it's nobody in our building and whoever owns these few buildings on stuart renovated recently. There's even discarded building supplies, pieces of junk metal. Some of it might be from people in the garages but I believe the majority is one of the landlords that owns the properties on the corner of staurt and cleveland. We see it from our back balcony on Cleveland constantly.
