Resident reported: On westbound Broadstone Parkway about 100-200 yards past Scholar Way there is a lot of broken glass in the bike lane. Bikes must swing out into the vehicle lane to avoid the glass causing a safety issue on a busy high speed roadway.

There are two lights out at or near Serpa Way/Caversham Way intersection, next to Broadstone Pkwy. It is a busy intersection with pedestrains, now very dark and unsafe at night.

The Walk Button at the signal light located at Manseau Dr and Blue Ravine is missing the push button.

A street light located at the NE corner of Loomis Circle or in front of 717 Loomis Circle. The light is on for a few seconds at a time and remains off for hours. This back corner of the neighborhood is very dark without this light and is dangerous for people coming from the bike path crossing driveways.

The Pedestrian Crossing Light is out on the north side of Iron Point Rd at Rowberry Dr going east.

I believe there may be a water main leak at the east side of 7210 Pine Grove Way. I noticed water seeping into the gutter from the roadway.

Resident reported Street Light out on the corner of Lost Creek Dr and Tomlinson Dr (west side of Tomlinson) in American River Canyon.

The sidewalk in front of our home is in need of attention. It is getting worse over time and is a tripping hazard. A repair crew filled the gap with concrete at one point, but it has since broken apart and is gone.

Just thought someone should know.
