I'm not sure who to contact about this. A tree came down in our yard in the last storm. Our apartment management company has been taking care of it. The issue is the massive amount of cable wire through our backyard. I've seen both Comcast and Verizon trucks in the back alley and when I ask about it, they're there to fix a specific connection. No one seems to know what to do with the very low cables through the yard. I'm 5'6" and have to duck under them. I'm hoping there's something that can be done or at least some department to contact. One of the alley lights was also broken in the storm and needs repair
