Ugly roll of dumpster in front yard for 14 months.
Remodel appears to be finished, no building permit or demo permit displayed.

Very neglected, tall grass and bushes. Empty and unsecure.

Siding and gutters falling off, trash in yard, empty, neglected.

Dead van in yard. No grass, multiple vehicles parked all over front yard at night. Van and trucks driving over next door lawn and water meter. 10-12 undocumented immigrants living in the house. Constant suspicious visitors at all hours.

What is it going to take to remove this menace from our neighborhood?!? Does it need to bite another person?
It's in our driveway right now, threatening our dog through the fence. Do we need to take care of this ourselves?

3920 Pine Ave SW.
Aggressive tan female Pit Bull dog roaming free around the neighborhood. It bit my neighbor last week. Cops were called. This morning it showed aggression towards my neighbor on the other side.
We've confronted the owners in the past. We've turned it in before. The neighborhood is sick of it.

Tall weeds all around parking lot and school building.
Looks like the property has been abandoned.

Last fall the parks dept did a nice job putting chips down around the playground equipment.
Now it's in poor shape.

It's midnight and there's still a bunch of heavy equipment operating very loudly at the new office complex under construction at Gov and 14th. The whole neighborhood is sick of it at night for weeks now.

Abandoned? Red Chevy pickup has been sitting untouched for at least 6 months on Pine Place just off Pine Ave SW.

Garbage and junk all over yard.
Blows in other yards.
6-10 cars/trucks every night. Parking on neighbors property too.

Sink hole forming next to sidewalk.

The neighborhood has had enough of this washboard street.
