New left turn traffic signal pattern (flashing yellow arrow, green arrow, red) from Jones Bridge Southbound to Sargent eastbound is creating traffic jams during evening rush hour and backing up traffic into travel lanes. Drivers are dangerously jumping in and out of travel lanes because of this. The same traffic signal pattern is creating a similar traffic jam and dangerous driving environment on Jones Bridge northbound to Douglas Road.
