This dumpster is in back of 1701 Christian Street and has been there for months. It is full of construction debris and now the neighborhood people are adding their household waste and garbage to it. It is overflowing with its contents and now spilling onto the ground attracting vermin and roaches.

Residents have improperly bundled large cardboard containers and cardboard recycling that has been ignored by the collecting trucks and is littering the sidewalk and interfering with pedestrian traffic.
