Very large wide and deep. Cars have to swerve to avoid. If you aren't aware you hit it before you know it.

Right at the intersection of Wilkins and Rivard

The property is located at 2101 West Grand Blvd. between Dexter and Wildemere. It's across the street from Northwestern High School and Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. The entire rear of the property is overgrown with weeds and trees. The grass is nearly as tall as my mother's fence. The trees and weeds are so overgrown that they are growing against my Mom's fence and the weight of them is wearing the fence down. There are rats, possums and moles that are migrating into my mother's backyard. My mother told me yesterday that the weeds are so high that a body could be dumped over there and no one would notice. She said she's smelled what she believed to be decaying carcasses of animals in the yard.

He parks and has always parked his car on the front lawn. I have attached pictures of the rear of the property that we took from my Mom's back porch, and also a picture of his vehicle on the front lawn.

This man has owned this property for several years and it has continued to be a nuisance. It should be inspected as well by BSEED to see if its up to code, and or the necessary permits.

Sink holes developing in median. Several sink holes that are deep. GSD put dirt on the holes 10/18/16. Fear that they will only get deeper due to possible main break underground.

Wanted to know if you can point me in the right direction.  I live at Palmer Court Townhomes in area of Brush (W), Palmer (S), 74 (E), and 94 (N).  We've been having some manhole back ups in the area of 5754 through 5769 Brush.  It was reported to DWSD approximately one month ago and again last week by Cleveland Lindsey (313.422.5925).  To date no one has come out.  Where can we call to follow up on this?  Any assistance/direction you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Blight and overgrown weeds and debris in rear of property located at 2101 W. Grand Blvd. Owner uses property as business location. He parks his vehicle on the front yard (not a driveway).
