The cement electric vault at 202nd & Aurora, east side, has become a toilet, trash pit, and beer-drinking hangout. Migrants who stand by the Bank of America come over to these bushes to urinate and defecate here often each day, and throw their trash in the bushes along the sidewalk. One guy drinks himself silly and sleeps here frequently, while playing his radio loudly. (In attached image, he's circled as he sleeps it off with his music blaring.) If a three-foot wide fence was installed on the south end of the fence already there (I've marked it with an X), it might alleviate these problems somewhat, as they would then have to climb over rather than walk around the fence that's there.

Each and every one of the brand-new blue street light poles installed during the recent Aurora Corridor Project (at least from 204th & Aurora Ave south as far as the eye can see) has been defaced with affixed posters publicizing Kenmore's Capps Club. Is this legal? Are they subject to fines, or required to remove these posters?

Some errant (drunk?) driver drove over and downed a newly-planted tree in the median at 202nd & Aurora in front of the Artiste Apts. It's been down for some three weeks now.

Driving north on Aurora thru Shoreline I counted some 20 or so street lights on those new blue poles that are not working: from the one just south of Shay's Restaurant (east-side Aurora), one by Von's, a dozen or more traveling north, a bank of about four next to Sky Nursery (which have been out for weeks!), and one by the YMCA.

Will you be installing a NO PARKING sign on the south side of 199th immediately west of Aurora? After the recent Aurora Corridor construction and new road markings, vehicles are still parking on the south side--and they almost completely take up the entire eastbound lane turning right (south) onto Aurora, requiring eastbound vehicles to cross into the westbound lane of 199th.

The newly-installed signs on the post on the NW corner of 198th & Aurora seem awfully low. An inattentive (head/earphones, using smartphone, talking to companion) pedestrian/bicyclist could whack their head, or worse, gash it on the smaller perpendicular "No Ped Crossing" one--especially someone going south on the sidewalk. It may also partially obstruct the view of drivers turning right (west) of peds crossing that street (198th).
