This identical truck with the same tags has been reported parking in this same location 3 times by me. Please monitor these "NO PARKING OR STANDING AT ANY TIME" spaces next to the CVS and TICKET the violators. This is a small residential street that is almost completely blocked when these delivery trucks park illegally. Pedestrians cannot be seen walking in the crosswalks. There is no way that an emergency vehicle could pass while these big trucks block this entrance to our street. Often times TWO delivery trucks are in the same location on either side of the street. Also note the truck restriction on our street -- the photograph for this report includes the sign stating the truck weight restriction. This is another reason that this truck should not be on our street. Please enforce the law at this no parking zone and no truck zone. Deliveries being made to CVS need to be made on 12th street, using the CVS LOADING DOCK.

Delivery trucks park in this location all day long. This is a hazard for motorists and pedestrians as well as emergency vehicles. Today there were two trucks parked illegally here at the same time!

This is a no parking -- no standing -- at any time. It is not a loading zone. Trucks park here about every 30 minutes. It is a safety hazard for pedestrians, emergency vehicles and for general residential traffic going down the street. These vehicles parking here need to be ticketed -- not warned -- or they will just continue to park here illegally blocking the street.

It is important that you plant the right tree at the right time in this location. There is a ton of concrete in this area and it gets very hot. BUT, there are no utility lines overhead and this is a great place for a BURR OAK TREE Scientific name: Quercus macrocarpa

These and other trucks park here regularly and IT IS ILLEGAL!!! This is a huge safety concern -- emergency vehicles cannot get down the street. Cars cannot pass and drivers cannot see the pedestrians crossing at this busy intersection!!! Please post someone here during the day and stop this dangerous violation.

This is a very bright neon sign. My understanding from the community is that this sign was erected years ago, but that the family with the deaf child never actually moved in. This is a very large and very bright sign that currently just serves as street clutter -- please remove it!

Please plant an oak tree in this location. You can see the one oak tree planted on the street nearby has also done extremely well. There are no encumbered lines above to block the tree.

Please plant an oak here. One of the adjacent spaces has been planted with an oak. This tree has done extremely well. This is an unencumbered space by electrical lines or anything else. This would be a great place for an oak tree.
