    Again, significant water being wasted. Coming up out of drains at Stratton Circle and La Corso Drive. Occurs at approximately 7pm each night. Has also been reported to Contra Costa County water.

    On at least three occasions there has been a significant amount of flowing up and out of the storm drain located on the corner of Stratton Circle and La Corso drive. The water flows for two blocks down La Corso Drive to Raphel Court. It occurs at approximately 7pm and continues for 20 - 30 minutes.
