Dear City of Revelstoke, please be aware that there are Properties below, the pullout at Johnson Heights, Properties that have Children and Animals, and dumping snowballs over the edge of the steep bank at the pullout, can roll right down the hill, into the properties below.

Loose dogs.... why is the bylaw not enforced for dogs in this city?, I can't walk my own dog on the greenbelt in southside because of every one else's loose dogs, loose in the park, loose on the greenbelt, and loose on city streets. People ignore the signage in the park and the greenbelt, meaning that those of us who have dogs, that do not like other dogs, can not walk them. I love dogs, however I don't like coming across a loose dog in a public area.I have seen people letting them loose on the ball diamonds, talk about sliding home.. This town is getting beyond ridiculous , you can fine for watering outside of hours, but dogs can run free.

Transients are using the last Parking area at the last 2 ballfields as an overnight sleeping area. There are 4 different vehicles that seem to take turns sleeping there over night. Judging by the quantity of empties noticed on 2 occasions, they are also doing some considerable drinking. They are also a considerable distance from the wash rooms, and I fear the area will soon start smelling like a urinal.
