    This is the third time I am reporting this. How can you give vehicles an exclusive green turn arrow while pedestrians are given a walk sign? This light is for southbound traffic on 12th St SW turning left onto D St SW. The other mistimed green light allows westbound traffic on D St SW to turn northbound with a green arrow at the same time.
