This car continues to illegally park in this no parking anytime spot. It also blocks the space with parking cones and reserves it as their own spot. Please ticket and tow the car and remove the cones. How many times do I need to report this violator before action is taken?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Please either add an arrow to the left or adjust there sign so that it is only visible to traffic coming from the left- as they have the yield. Currently it appears that either side could have to yield.
