    Area designated for trash pick up for 88 regent street blocks the right turn lane of Jersey Avenue.
    Poorly designed. Trash area should be on the extra wide sidewalk. City planners take note.

    320 6th St. Downtown is a new construction and has never been occupied. It has sat empty for years. Now someone has stripped the metal cladding from the Monmouth Street side. Check a recent photo vs an older from google maps, enclosed. If this sort of thing is going on, there needs to be more supervision of this site. There may well be internal damage which will cause a wa tree er or gas leak.

    319 5th street in Downtown Jersey City has been under “construction” for years. The front facade is all that remains of the former house, and is propped up by timbers. The site is open and unlocked so anyone could go “inside” and do whatever. When will this “house” be made something other than an eyesore?

    The residents of 221 Bidwellhave started throwing loud parties again. (2 on Memorial Day weekend)
    They play musical instruments and yell over a microphone. How can this location be termed a nuisance? Multiple parties last summer both indoors and backyard. The parties go till 2 am or later if the police are busy that night. Help!

    Monmouth street is two lanes as it crosses Columbus. Strait ahead or right turn only. When traffic backs up in the left, ahead lane drivers will use the right turn only lane to jump the line. Not only is this rude but unsafe. We need police enforcement of the right turn only lane. I have seen several cars jump the line per trip thru that intersection.
