4901-4925 Caskie Street Richmond, Virginia - Monument Avenue Park
Several DEEP potholes at the beginning of Caskie Street, near Staples Mill intersection. Could cause major vehicle damage, especially when unseen due to filling with water during a rain. Situation is urgent.
  • 4509 Augusta Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Sauer's Gardens
The City graded this alley (between Augusta and Commonwealth) over a month ago... which made it level, but scraped off nearly all the gravel. Workers never returned to cover it with gravel, now it is a muddy mess when it rains. Please re-cover this with gravel ASAP. Thanks.

Commonwealth Ave, from Broad St. to Augusta Ave., has numerous potholes and broken sections of pavement. It has been patched several times before, but continues to be torn up by the high volume of commercial traffic that cuts through here.

Street light on Commonwealth Ave., between Cutshaw & Augusta, needs a shield ring placed around the lens to deflect light downwards (and not into windows of nearby homes). Light was non-functioning for years; now fixed it provides welcome security for street, but stray light on houses is noticeably excessive. We have seen these shields on many street lights in the Fan, so it is an option the city obviously has available.
