    Recent street work on N.Hills Drive resulted in patches being placed where this work occurred. Most patches are fine; BUT, the one at this location keeps sinking (repaired once about a 10 days ago); it has sunk again causing severe shock to car when crossing .... danger of loosing control.

    This failure has returned after being patched again recently. The patch continues to sink after a few days.

    The failure is where the street was patched after recent maintenance activity that began on North Hills Drive close to Lead Mine Road.. The patch has failed and sunk 6 inches causing a severe bump when driving over it; I almost lost control of my car when I hit it this morning.

    The recent sidewalk construction on Tyrrell concluded with a modification to Tyrrell Rd at the intersection with Hyde Street. After the modification/repaving, there is a very significant dip across Tyrrell Rd; it is so severe that it is dangerous. I think possibly the pavement has settled where they dug up the road at this intersection. Whatever the reason or cause, it needs to be leveled out like it use to be ASAP.
