Empty card board boxes piling up in front of garage doors. Garbage has not been taken out in months. The elderly lady that lives there does not leave the house. Windows are closed all summer long. No air conditioning. She owns a car but it never leaves the driveway. The house is in bad shape, back deck is falling off the house. Very unsafe/unhealthy conditions.
