    This hot tub has been left on this person's property for months and it's an eyesore. I feel bad for the neighbors and it's a nuisance as far as curb appeal

    There are only 3 stop signs at this intersection. I would like to propose the city add a fourth stop sign when you are heading north up summer street. Cars are going way too fast and there have been incidents where accidents could have happened. Very dangerous especially if you are coming down from East Border Road.
