    Location is actually the easement area behind Kinder's and TJ Max. We have large amount of dry needles building up close to the fence line. Last weekend we cleared the needles back from the fence and piled them in the dirt area by the curb to parking lot. Property Management company maintenance crews tossed all the dry needles back into the area. This is a fire hazard. We have contacted the property mgmt. company Regency and they have not addressed the issue. There has been small fires already, but they have been contained to the asphalt areas.

    Fire Hazard.

    We have notified Regency Centers numerous times regarding the dry vegetation in the easement behind the Ygnacio Plaza Shopping Center

    Employees from the stores, have been instructed to use this easement as a smoking area. Employees from both Peet's and Kinders have told us this.

    We have told the management company, that we are very concerned due to the dry vegetation.

    This week we noticed there was a small fire.

    Luckily it was put out in time before It could do any damage

    We once again notified Regency Centers on August 5th. We did not receive any response back.

    Due to the extreme drought conditions and dry vegetation, something needs to be done to prevent further fires in this area

    This is also a wide street with a lot of pedestrian traffic for safety reasons this should have a cross walk
