My neighbor's sewer cleanout backed up last week. City came out and re-inserted the pvc. My neighbor has now placed brick pavers over the hole. This cannot be "kosher." See attached photo

The street sign on Dykes Rd. at the SW side of Pembroke Shores entrance gate is down.

This sidewalk has been lifting for some time. It is now severely damaged and a hazard to pedestrians. When will it be repaired?

This property has been reported before. The house had mildew stains and has not been painted in 15 years. The ficus hedge is dead and is an eyesore to neighbors on both sides. This hedge, although dead, is untreated and infested with whitefly, which is affecting the well maintained landscaping of neighbors on both sides. Property address is 612 SW 168 lane.

Yard is poorly maintained and full of weeds. Ficus hedge is dead and needs to be removed and/or replaced. Full trash cans in backyard attracting rodents.

My neighbors backyard at 612 SW 168 Lane. Grass is 8-12" high and full of weeds. I have seen snakes and mosquitos are getting worse. Ficus hedge is dead and untrimmed. House is covered with mildew stains. Trash cans stay out in the backyard. HOA can't enforce because its in the backyard but this is what I see from my well-maintained backyard. I will take more photos if you need them.

House appears abandoned car in driveway hasn't moved in months!
