    Severe street flooding at 90 and 92 Oak St causing water to travel up to houses. Storm drains on both sides of street unable to keep up with heavy rain. Both drains are clear of leaves. Concern for obstruction down the line not allowing for drains to keep up with water volume. This has happened many times with multiple calls to DPW.
