This is a residental neighborhood with lots of children outside playing. People use this to cut through and are going excessive speeds through the neighborhood. An officer needs to come out and start writing some tickets!

I've called Animal Control on them once and they went out and it seemed to help the issue but the dog is back outside 24/7 and barks non-stop. You can't walk by the house, come outside, or make any noises without him going crazy. They need to take the dog inside or get him a bark collar. It goes on day and night.

Glenwood Avenue Raleigh, NC - NorthwestI was driving my daughter to school this morning at 7:12am on inbound Glenwood Ave. The speed limit in that area is 35 mph. A police officer car #614 kept getting behind people and following so close until the car could finally move over. I sped up to almost 60mph to get his car number to report this. He did not have his lights or siren on indicating he was reporting to an emergency. I'd like to know why it is ok for this officer to aggressively drive and speed however regular citizens would be fined for this?
