    On 11/9 I reported these exposed wires. On 11/15 I was told this -
    "AT&T dispatched a technician to 6 Cranston St NW, Huntsville, AL 35806 – Ticket Number: NA0S4U02 and they also advised no trouble was found and the pedestal was off and he replaced." The technician must have gone to someone else's home, because the wires are EXACTLY as they were 2 months ago when I reported it. At NO time was the pedestal off. The wires are STILL exposed.

    This streetlight is on Biltmore between Stockton and Providence Main. Again, I was told that weed eaters are damaging the paint on the streetlights in the Village of Providence, but I don't think they are used this high up off the ground, nor are they used on concrete or in mulch. This looks like an issue with sub-standard work on the part of the manufacturer.

    The paint on this streetlight is peeling off. I was told that the paint which is peeling off the majority of streetlights in the Village of Providence is the result of weed eaters. I don't think they go this high. It would appear this is actually the result of sub-standard work on the part of the manufacturer.

    I have reported this multiple times and been told multiple times that it has been reported to the appropriate people. In fact, I was told once that it has been resolved. When will action be taken? Two people have tripped here and been injured. How many people need to be injured here before something is done? Three? Four? More?

    One section of this sidewalk is approximately 1.5" higher than the other. Several elderly people have tripped here and been injured. I reported it almost 3 years ago and have been told it was "resolved." Why is it still like this? PLEASE NOTE ----- This is at the corner of Pawtucket Street and Hope Street on the Pawtucket side. The sidewalk that runs parallel to 25 Hope Street.

    As you enter the strip mall in front of Hollywood Feed from University, people crossing from the left have a stop sign, but people crossing from the right do not. Why? I've had several close calls there since normally traffic entering a mall does not have to stop, and one assumes that both sides of crossing traffic do stop.
