  • 3601 Grand Ave Oakland CA 94610, United States - Grand Lake
There are several pieces of rebar sticking up from the sidewalk that weren't ground down sufficiently when removed They're not only a tripping hazard, but are also sharp enough that they could seriously cut someone wearing sandals
  • 567 Valle Vista Ave Oakland CA 94610, United States - Grand Lake

The storm drain just to the south of the bottom of the "Bonham Way" staircase is completely filled with leaf litter and other debris/garbage It is likely to cause flooding on Valle Vista during the upcoming storm season if not addressed promptly

At least one of the residents of the facility at 576 Valle Vista was observed dumping waste into that storm drain It is likely that the resident(s) have also been illegally dumping materials in other storm drains in the immediate vicinity A neighbor mentioned that the same individual who o saw illegally dumping had requested help replacing the grate at the storm drain directly at the bottom of the Bonham Way staircase, so it is assumed that they were also dumping in that one

  • 462 Elwood Ave Oakland 94610, United States - Grand Lake
Significant undermining of road base (pothole is minor symptom). There is a large void evident below Elwood that looks like it may cause a significant collapse.
  • Old Quarry Road Pleasant Hill, CA 94523, USA - Pleasant Hill

As a motorist who drives up and down Chilpancingo at least a couple times a week, I find it bizarre that the tragic light at Old Quarry Rd has literally never ever been green for me. Ever.

As far as I can tell, it is green 90% of the time for Old Quarry Rd and 10% of the time for Chilpancingo.

Old Quarry Rd is approximately 3 blocks long, while Chilpancingo is a significant through road.

It seems like from a traffic engineering standpoint, the favoritism for Old Quarry Rd is completely backwards.

I would LOVE to see this corrected.
