New street light in front of Franklin is already out.

Even more snow plowed into crosswalk. Pedestrians forced into busy intersection. Very unsafe conditions.

No pedestrian access from Main Street to Angle Street.

Sign allows for 2 hour charging but parking meter does not allow more than one hour to be purchased at a time.

The crosswalk across Washington Street at the top of Tally's intersection has ruts in it, which make it difficult to cross. I recently watched an elderly man almost fall down in the middle of the street when he tripped in the dark.

Street light is pulsing / strobing

Lower Middle Street left hanging today.

Sidewalk is almost impassible.

Muffler and tail pipe left at northern end of Tally's corner.

The street light at the edge of the Gloucester House public parking lot nearest I4-C2 is loosely bolted in at the base. As such, the flag attached to the pole is acting like a sail and the light is being knocked around in the wind. The obvious danger being: it could blow over onto parked cars, into Rogers Street, or onto pedestrians.

St. Peter's Marina sign has blown off.

Brush and weeds in front of Maplewood Ave School have made passage nearly impossible with children, dogs, or a baby stroller. Lots of pedestrians being forced into the street.
