For two weeks the trash was scattered on the street. The can was lifted and due to the hopper being full the trash fell over the side of the truck. Paper and other trash was scattered on the street. On both occasions I had to sweep and gather the trash. Two straight weeks this has happened and today I stood at my door and watched the procedure. Although trash was scattered on the street the driver did not stop to correct the situation. I am paying for trash collection and I expect it to be done properly
