Someone has purposely leaned over the speed limit sign on both sides of the road. sign is no longer visible to traffic. This one is southbound on Dykes Road. Between Pines Road and Pembroke Road but closer to Pines Boulevard at the start of the community on the right hand side.

I only noticed these two speed limit signs knocked over because they are right outside my community. Not sure if moresigns have been vandalizedd dyke road.d

Lights in parking lot of library not turned on after dark

This raised sidewalk is a tripping hazard. I almost fell and broke my neck. The Crazy thing is these tripping hazards are everywhere including inside of my community. I’m not sure why the city of Pembroke Pines have made these darn oak trees mandatory. We practically live in zero lot homes and there are no room for these intrusive roots to grow causing havoc on homeowners properties sidewalks, both public and private. And what’s even more absurd is that we are not permitted to remove the trees Without jumping through hoops And spending a heck of a lot of money. That is my rant for today. Fix the tripping hazard before someone really gets hurt And think about revisiting your antiquated tree rules

Outside lighting is not working right at the entrance

Street light on the east side of the regional library are not turned on. As well as the high hats at the entrance of the library are not on

The lights in the parking lot do not come on early enough. It is dark now at 6 o’clock.The parking lot is pitch black which makes it unsafe. The time change happens every year and every year the library parking lot goes dark for about 2 to 3 weeks. It should be on someone’s calendar to change the timer this time of year.

Ruts- There are deep ruts in the swale on the east side of Dykes Road inbetween 5 street and Pembroke road

Sprinklers on the median Have been running continuously for about one week. Median on Dykes Road in between Pines Boulevard and Pembroke Road.

Big Pot holes and getting bigger

Center median on pines blvd close to dykes road and the center median on dykes close to pines are dirty and need pressure washing. There are also weeds and grass growing on the center median.
