Please repair this issue, it's keeping everybody up in the middle of the night. the large trucks go by in the middle of the night and in the morning and hit it and it sounds like a thunder clap. literally keeps us residents around it up at night. I would post a video if I could. it needs to be flatened out instead of taking care of just the hole. lots of traffic on Copeland Street. if I'm not mistaken I thought semis weren't even allowed on our street.
they Copeland Street neighbors would appreciate a solution.

seen two cars with flats already, and a dump truck which garbage bags fell out of. keeps us up all night long
