    For at least two months now the left lane to cross Bancroft (coming from 580) has been closed for no reason. Nobody is ever on that side of 98th doing work on the road. There is traffic for two blocks of people who want to cross Bancroft or turn right there. There has been occasional random construction on the other side of Bancroft, like once a week. Fix it or open it please! It causes way too much traffic for no reason!
